John and his wife Alison lead the Catalyst Leadership Training Course, having led together for 18 years in Above Bar Church Southampton. John has written about the theology worship and is passionate about whole life discipleship and holistic mission. Alison has a huge heart for the nations and teaches English to internationals at Southampton City College.

Damilola is advocacy engagement lead at the Evangelical Alliance and part of the formation team at KXC. She has been deeply formed by the Scriptures and relishes the opportunity to share in their wealth and wisdom with others. She is passionate about being a witness of Jesus in public, including through thoughtful Christian engagement in the key cultural and political issues of our time.

I lead SOMA UK, teach Pastoral Leadership as a visiting lecturer at London School of Theology, and am Associate Vicar at Christ Church W4, in London, where Nicola, my wife, is now vicar and I was previously vicar. We’ve got three teenagers, Ella, Ben and Toby, and been through plenty of ups and downs in ministry.

Agu Irukwu
Agu Irukwu is a law graduate of the University of Warwick, UK. A former investment banker and partner in a law firm; he is now the Senior Pastor of Jesus house for all nations London. He is the founder of the Mandate Men’s Ministries, a ministry which seeks to empower, equip, encourage and raise Godly men. He is also a key member of the One People Commission of the Evangelical Alliance. A body set up to integrate ethnic minority churches more fully into the Evangelical Alliance. He was one of the Presidents of Churches Together in England (CTE) representing the Pentecostal churches in England. He served with the 5 other presidents including the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby & Cardinal Nichols The Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He was voted Britain’s most inspirational black person in a poll conducted by the mayor of London’s office and the London Metro in 2012. He co-founded a children’s charity with his wife, Sola, called Bright Futures for African Children. A charity which seeks to break the cycle of poverty by providing educational facilities and resources to children in poverty-stricken communities in Africa. Pastors Agu and Sola Irukwu have three children and they live in Eastcote, Middlesex, United Kingdom.
